ESCA (NASDAQ: ESCA) announced today that Walter P. Glazer Jr., Escalade's Chairman, President, and CEO, will retire from the role at the end of 2024.
Glazer, who has led Escalade for over 20 years, has overseen a period of significant growth for the company, including a 15% increase in international sales, particularly in Europe and Australia.
The company's Board of Directors has begun a search for Glazer's successor. Glazer will continue to serve as CEO until a replacement is found and will remain on the Board of Directors.
