This new delivery option provides added convenience and flexibility for customers who may not be available to receive packages at their home or business address or who prefer a more secure and convenient pickup option.
How it Works
To use Amazon Pickup Points, customers can select a participating Canada Post retail location as their shipping destination when placing an order on Amazon.ca. When the order is ready for pickup, customers will receive an email notification and a pickup code. They can then visit the selected Canada Post location during regular business hours to present their pickup code and collect their package.
Amazon Pickup Points are available at over 2,200 Canada Post retail locations across Canada, ensuring easy access for customers in both urban and rural areas. This service is available for a wide range of items, including books, electronics, home goods, and more. It is especially convenient for customers who live in apartment buildings or have busy schedules and cannot always be available to receive packages at their home address.
